Steve joined Conroy Commercial in 2007 as an investment sales and commercial leasing agent. He advises a prominent roster of operators and investors on their site selection, development and leasing. With a focus on West Hollywood, Silver Lake, Echo Park, 3rd Street, Fairfax, Melrose, Beverly Blvd and La Brea, Steve has a proven record of success. Steve has helped a number of his clients with investment properties preserve and build wealth through 1031 exchanges.

He is responsible for closing multiple noteworthy transactions, including the sale of Damiano’s at 410 N. Fairfax, an L.A. landmark now occupied by Jon and Vinny’s. 8370 W 3rd Street, now occupied by Son of A Gun restaurant, and John Varvatos Los Angeles Flagship store at 8800 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood.

A native and resident of Beverly Hills, Steve has been an active participant in the real estate industry since 2004.
